All GOOD FOR LOVE orders are packed and dispatched from Bali, Indonesia.

We ship worldwide using DHL Express for fast, tracked international delivery.


DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends, Indonesian public holidays or during peak periods may experience slight dispatch delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

Flat Rate Shipping: $30 AUD

Free DHL Express shipping on Australian orders over $250 AUD.

Estimated DHL Express delivery timeframe:
2–5 business days for most Australian metro areas.

Remote areas may take longer.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Worldwide shipping available.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size and weight.

Estimated DHL Express delivery timeframe:
3–10 business days depending on destination and customs processing.


TRACKING

All DHL Express shipments include tracking.

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES + TAXES

Orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

GOOD FOR LOVE is not responsible for customs delays, import duties or refused shipments due to unpaid customs charges.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible full-priced items within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty:

• Permanent jewellery services
• Gift cards
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or personalised items
• Sale items

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair or store credit where appropriate.
