Absolutely. Permanent jewellery can be safely cut at the welded connection. We also offer traditional clasps if you prefer a removable piece.

Yes. Our permanent jewellery is designed for everyday wear, including showering and swimming. Rinse with fresh water after exposure to saltwater or chlorine, and avoid harsh chemicals.

Fine jewellery can generally be worn through airport security.

Keep your chain and contact us. We can usually reweld it if it's in suitable condition. Repair or replacement charges may apply.

Yes. All GOOD FOR LOVE sunglasses come with a one-year manufacturing warranty from the original purchase date.

The warranty covers verified manufacturing faults. It does not cover accidental damage, scratches, loss, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper care.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Store them in their protective pouch and clean gently with a microfibre cloth. Avoid excessive heat, harsh chemicals and prolonged contact with saltwater or sunscreen.

Store your jewellery separately in a clean, dry place when it is not being worn.

Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, cleaning products, and other chemicals. After wearing your jewellery, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.

Plated jewellery will naturally change over time depending on your skin, lifestyle, climate, and frequency of wear.

Some GOOD FOR LOVE pieces are handmade or created using natural materials.

Small variations in colour, texture, shape, and finish are part of the character of each product and are not considered faults.

We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not bleach, soak, or tumble dry. Dry in the shade and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

As some pieces are hand dyed, slight variations in colour and pattern are part of their unique character.

Keep raffia pieces dry and store them away from direct sunlight when they are not being used.

Avoid crushing, folding, or placing heavy items on top of them. As raffia is a natural material, minor variations in texture, colour, and shape are expected and are part of its natural beauty.

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition with all original tags, packaging and protective materials included.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

Permanent jewellery that has been fitted, cut or welded, personalised or custom-made products, e-gift cards, opened pierced jewellery and products marked as final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Sale items are final sale for change of mind unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This does not affect any rights you may have if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned once the hygiene packaging or seal has been opened.

If the hygiene packaging remains unopened and the item otherwise meets our return requirements, it may be eligible for return.

Faulty items are handled separately in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Refund Policy.

Permanent jewellery is custom fitted and welded specifically for you, so it cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws if your jewellery is confirmed to be faulty.
