GOOD FOR LOVE pieces are designed to be worn, travelled with and lived in. If something isn’t right, please contact us.

SUNGLASSES

GOOD FOR LOVE sunglasses come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse, loss or theft.

JEWELLERY + ACCESSORIES

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Approved claims may be repaired, replaced or issued as store credit at the discretion of GOOD FOR LOVE.

PERMANENT JEWELLERY

Permanent jewellery is designed for everyday wear but is not indestructible. Chains may stretch, catch or break with wear.

We do not offer refunds on completed permanent jewellery services. Rewelding may be available where possible.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Our warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Tarnishing caused by improper care
• Accidental damage
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage caused by water, chemicals or impact
• Improper storage or handling

Natural stones, shells and pearls may vary in colour, texture and finish. These variations are part of the natural material and are not considered faults.

• Your full name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable consumer laws.
