SUNGLASSES WARRANTY
Every pair of GOOD FOR LOVE sunglasses is designed to last.
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our frames with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.
This includes:
• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty hinges
• Structural frame faults
• Lens defects not caused by wear or damage
This warranty does not cover:
• General wear and tear
• Scratches to lenses
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper care
• Loss or theft
JEWELLERY + ACCESSORIES
Our jewellery and accessories are carefully selected and designed for everyday wear.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact our team within 30 days of purchase with:
• Proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
Approved claims may be repaired, replaced or issued as store credit at the discretion of GOOD FOR LOVE.
PERMANENT JEWELLERY
Permanent jewellery is designed for everyday wear but is not indestructible.
Chains can naturally stretch, catch or break depending on lifestyle and wear.
We do not offer refunds on completed permanent jewellery services, however we are happy to assist with rewelding where possible.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our warranty does not cover:
• General wear and tear
• Tarnishing caused by improper care
• Accidental damage
• Lost items
• Water, chemical or impact damage outside normal wear expectations
• Improper storage or handling
Natural materials including stones, shells and pearls may vary slightly in colour, texture and finish.
