E-GIFT CARD TERMS

These terms apply to all GOOD FOR LOVE e-gift cards issued by PT KEBAIKAN UNTUK CINTA, Indonesia.

All gift cards are issued electronically. We do not offer physical gift cards.

WHERE CAN I USE MY E-GIFT CARD?

GOOD FOR LOVE e-gift cards are redeemable online at goodforlove.com and in store at our Pererenan, Bali boutique.

Gift cards may be used on eligible GOOD FOR LOVE products and permanent jewellery experiences.

They cannot be redeemed on products belonging to WELIKEBALI or other brands operating within our shared boutique.

PERMANENT JEWELLERY

E-gift cards can be used towards our permanent jewellery experience in Bali.

All permanent jewellery fittings and welding take place in person. Appointments are subject to availability and can be requested through our store WhatsApp.

Purchasing a gift card does not automatically reserve an appointment.

ELECTRONIC DELIVERY

E-gift cards are delivered by email, either after purchase or on a selected future delivery date.

Purchasers are responsible for entering the correct recipient details.

If your gift card hasn't arrived, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

VALIDITY & EXPIRY

GOOD FOR LOVE purchased e-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, or longer where required by applicable law.

The expiry date will be displayed on the e-gift card or accompanying email.

Any remaining balance must be redeemed before expiry, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

REDEEMING YOUR GIFT CARD

Online: Enter your unique gift-card code at checkout.

In Store: Present your gift-card email or code to our team before payment.

Gift cards can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted or the card expires.

If your purchase exceeds the available balance, the difference can be paid using another accepted payment method.

Gift-card balances cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied towards the purchase of e-gift cards unless expressly stated otherwise.

Gift cards issued as part of promotions, competitions or giveaways may have additional conditions, which will be disclosed when issued.

LOST OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED GIFT CARDS

Please treat your gift-card code like cash.

If your gift card is lost, deleted, sent to an incorrect email address or potentially compromised, contact hello@goodforlove.com as soon as possible.

We may be able to cancel and reissue an unused gift card after verifying the original purchase. Recovery cannot be guaranteed if the original card has already been redeemed.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

E-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Where a refund is approved for a purchase paid with an e-gift card, the applicable amount will generally be returned to a gift card, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Purchases made using multiple payment methods may be refunded across the original payment methods.

CURRENCY

Gift cards are issued with a value in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Exchange rates and currency-conversion fees may apply when purchasing internationally. The gift card retains its stated IDR value.

TERMS & CONSUMER RIGHTS

GOOD FOR LOVE may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, systems or legal obligations.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
